- Conservation Commission:

- 2 Positions, One Until June 2014 and One Until June 2012
- The Conservation Commission has been charged with the conservation and preservation of natural and / or scenic resources, and environmental awareness.
- Economic Development Committee:
- 2 Positions
- The long-term goal of the Economic Development Committee is to help develop a broad, thriving and sustainable local economy.
- Board of Appeals:
- 1 Position, Alternate
- The Board of Appeals hears appeals of decisions made by the Planning Board or Code Enforcement Officer.
- Lincoln County TV Board of Directors
