Article 2. To see if the Town will authorize the Board of Selectmen to enter into a lease/transfer of ownership agreement with the Central Lincoln County YMCA, for the purpose of redeveloping the property known as the A.D. Gray school as a YMCA recreational center, and to authorize the utilization of funds that may be available from the Anne Gay Bailey and the I. Stan Bailey trusts, to fund a portion of the redevelopment costs, in accordance with the terms and conditions of a lease/transfer of ownership agreement that is on file with the Town Clerk?
