Revenue Appropriations: Intergovernmental Revenues $18,686 Charges for Service (EMS billing charges) $11,548 Total Revenue Sources $30,234 Expenditure Appropriations: Emergency Medical Services $24,136 Property & Casualty Risk Pool $833 Employee Benefits Account $3,065 Indirect Expense Contribution $2,200 Total Expenditures Authorized $30,234 Board of Selectmen recommends. Vote: In Favor 4, Opposed 0, Absent 1 Budget Committee recommends. Vote: In Favor 8, Opposed 0, Absent 1 Explanation: Voters authorized the Board of Selectmen to negotiate and enter into an agreement to provide ambulance service to the Town of Friendship at the June 2006 town meeting. This article asks the voters to act to appropriate anticipated financial contributions from the Town of Friendship and associated EMS billing revenues to offset the cost of providing ambulance service to the Town of Friendship. This article is cost neutral.
