Medomak Valley Youth Wrestling

The Youth Wrestling program is intended for Pre K-4th Grade and typically begins in December with practices in the MVHS cafeteria.

Participants learn the basics of wrestling and have the opportunity to showcase their skills in area tournaments and matches.
