WALDOBORO LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL/SOFTBALL/T-BALL SIGN-UP DEADLINE APPROACHING

The registration deadline of April 1st for all divisions of Waldoboro Little League Baseball, Softball and T-Ball is quickly approaching. Registrations will be accepted Mon-Fri from 8:30am- 5pm at the Waldoboro Recreation Department until Friday, March 30th. Players may also register at tryout sessions at Medomak Valley High School on March 31st from 3-7pm and on April 1st from 3-5pm. The April 1st deadline will not be extended. At least one parent or legal guardian must present a state certified copy of the child’s birth certificate and three proofs of residence. Registration fee is $25. Additional family members receive $5 discount. Scholarships are available upon request for those in need. Players must live in Waldoboro and Friendship (there are someexceptions) and be born between 5/1/99 & 4/30/07 for T-Ball(coed) for Baseball and between 1/1/99 & 12/31/05 for Softball. New players (ages 9-12) MUST attend at least one tryout/evaluation session at MVHS as follows: Girls Softball - 3/31(5-7pm) & 4/1 (3-5pm). Boys Baseball - 3/31 (3-5pm) & 4/1 (5-7pm).
Players league age 11 who played for BEARS & COUGARS last year must also attend tryout.
