The Waldoboro Rec Ski / Snowboard club will begin Wednesday January 24th, and continue every wednesday throughout the remainder of the season.

The lift tickets will be $15 a piece and be good from 4pm-8pm. You may also puchase a lesson for $15 for those ages 7+($25 for ages 4-6 and must call Snowbowl directly to arrange). Rental equipment will be available for $15 as well.

Payments can be made to the Waldoboro Recreation Department in the form of cash or check. Lift tickets will be dispersed at the mountain from the club leader the day of.

The deadline to register will be the Friday before each trip. So for the first trip on the 24th the deadline to register will be Friday January 19th. Registration and rental forms can be found at the Waldoboro Town office or click above. Any questions call Marcus at 832-5369!

The athletic fields at the Recreation Complex are a huge success!!

This year’s projects include:

  • Installing scoreboards at Sukeforth & Begley Fields.
  • Building a Concession Stand at Sukeforth Field. Volunteers are needed for construction and electrical work.

WALDOBORO REC OFFERS DISCOUNT FUNTOWN / SPLASHTOWN TICKETS

The Waldoboro Recreation Department has received its summer supply of discount passes to Funtown/Splashtown USA in Saco, ME.
Funtown/Splashtown "Big Combo" day passes for those 48" inches and taller are available for $30.00 each, a savings of $9.00!
We will only be selling funtown/splashtown tickets this year.
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Tickets may be purchased via check or cash at the Waldoboro Town Office located at 1600 Atlantic Highway in Waldoboro. Discount tickets for the 2018 season are available through Labor Day weekend. Call the Recreation Department at 832-5369 for more information.
