Did you ever want to go for a walk but just didn't want to go alone? Then a Walking Club is for you! Waldoboro offers a variety of walking opportunities with a wide range of difficulty levels. There are many trails in all parts of town to enjoy.
Walking can:

- Help build and maintain bones and joints
- Help you cope with stress and depression
- Tone and strengthen muscles
- Improve sleep habits
- Help maintain a healthy weight
