trashAs the last of the snow melts and the warm weather approaches, the Town of Waldoboro’s Code Enforcement Office would like to remind all residents that (as stated in the Waldoboro Solid Waste Disposal and Required Recycling Ordinance) the accumulation of solid waste, i.e. trash, garbage, or other unacceptable materials, which the Waldoboro CEO deems to be injurious to public health and safety, is not permitted. Please take the time to remove and properly dispose of offending solid waste before it becomes an issue.

Failure to comply will result in an investigation by the Waldoboro CEO and possible legal action, so please be responsible community members and do your part to keep Waldoboro a safe and healthy place.

If you have any questions please contact the Code Office, 207-832-5369.
