An Autumn Day in Waldoboro.

The Waldoboro Fire Department is an all volunteer department, that is currently served by 29 members. The Department is a member of the Knox County Mutual Aid Association and the Lincoln County Fire Chief's Association. As such, the Town provides assistance to a large number of communities in the two Counties.

The Department is in need of additional volunteers, especially during the daytime hours. To apply, please contact the Fire Chief, Paul Smeltzer, at (207) 832-4500, pick up an application at the Town Office, or Click Here to print out an application.
