Waldoboro EMS was founded in 1969 to provide emergency care and transport to the residents of Waldoboro. Since then, we have grown to a Paramedic level service that serves the heart of mid-coast Maine for both emergency and transfer needs. Our call volume continues to grow, with 2008 generating 1,226 calls.

Our current roster has 14 EMT's, 6 Intermediates, and 9 Paramedics. We are always looking for more staff to help us serve our community.

We offer community CPR courses and also provide speakers if you have any civic group that would like a presentation.
