In this beginners level program, participants will learn how to build strength and improve balance through the use of fitness machines and low impact weight training. The program is open to anyone, but geared towards the older adult. Classes will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (Apr 21st - May 16) from 11am-12pm at the Waldoboro Fitness Center, 75 Winslow’s Mills Rd. Exact time may be altered to accommodate majority of class. Cost to participants is $36. There is a maximum of 12 and a minimum of 5 participants.
