III.       7:05      Continue discussion of (a.) light/heavy industry and (b.) hazardous materials.

IV.       7:25      Bob Faunce proposal of further restrictions in Rural and Residential Districts with

                        allowances for more commercial activities in the “villages”. 

V.        7:45      New language for creating new lots.

VI.       8:00      Other  items:

                        1.         Parking requirements proposal (Bob Faunce),

                        2.         Statement regarding consulting Wildlife Habitat Maps for project

                                    development (Karkow),

                        3.         Language for development in areas where sewer & water may be added,

                        4.         Lot frontage width adjustment,

                        5.         Lunch Wagon considerations,

                        6.         Ordinance noise requirement adjustment to allow licensed inspected motor
