III.       7:05      Act on George Seaver’s suggestions for revisions regarding Light

                        Industry/Manufacturing and tjje Hazardous Materials and Wastes Article (copy

                        enclosed).

IV.       7:25      Discussion of format to be presented to the public for best understanding.  Also,

                        comparison of State Laws and Rules versus Local Ordinances. 

V.        7:40      Consideration of further restriction in Rural and Residential Districts with

                        allowances for more commercial; activities in the “villages”.

VI.       7:55      Open Space Subdivision proposal (Bob Faunce).

VII.      8:10      Other  items:

                        1.         Standards for individual lot transfers,

                        2.         Parking requirements proposal (Bob Faunce),

                        3.         Statement regarding consulting Wildlife Habitat Maps for project

                                    development (Karkow),

                        4.         Language for development in areas where sewer & water may be added,

                        5.         Lot frontage width adjustment,

                        6.         Lunch Wagon considerations,

                        7.         Ordinance noise requirement adjustment to allow licensed inspected motor

                                    vehicles to operate on private property and public highways and 

                        8.         Language to cover “mass gatherings”.
